Heater Maintenance Checklist
Signing up for our Heating & Cooling or Heating Only plan provides you with a thorough inspection and tune-up of your furnace or boiler. We usually schedule this early in the fall or before the temperatures drop. This ensures you’ll have a high-performing and reliable heating system all through winter.
What does our furnace maintenance checklist entail?
- Checking the heat exchanger for cracks and deterioration
- Testing of all safety controls
- Inspecting the burner logs and spuds
- Testing all limit controls
- Inspecting the burner tip and electrodes
- Testing the blower motor wheel for proper balance
- Testing the blower motor amperage
