Cooling Only, which includes 1 visit per year ($249)

Heater Maintenance Checklist
Signing up for our Heating & Cooling or Heating Only plan provides you with a thorough inspection and tune-up of your furnace or boiler. We usually schedule this early in the fall or before the temperatures drop. This ensures you’ll have a high-performing and reliable heating system all through winter.
What does our furnace maintenance checklist entail?
Checking the heat exchanger for cracks and deterioration
Testing of all safety controls
Inspecting the burner logs and spuds
Testing all limit controls
Inspecting the burner tip and electrodes
Testing the blower motor wheel for proper balance
Testing the blower motor amperage
Checking the gas line for leaks
Inspecting the flue pipe
Testing the thermostat
